HOW TO DO AN ANGEL READING
You’ve probably taken the Connect with Your Angels class and want to do more. Or you’ve purchased angel cards and want to become more proficient in using them. Here’s your chance. You will learn how to get the clearest information you can from your cards. We will do meditations and autowriting to help you connect on this level. If you have cards, bring them. If you don’t, a limited number of sets will be available for purchase at a cost of $16.00. You can also buy them yourselves before hand. If you are unsure, I would recommend Doreen Virtue’s Messages from your Angels.

Focusing as conceptualized by Eugene Gendlin, is a gentle mind-body process that helps people to ease disturbing feelings, make decisions, address interpersonal issues and move beyond blocks to making positive life changes. Participants will learn the steps in of Focusing and have opportunities to practice using it. Pat Graves is a licensed clinical social worker and is certified by The Focusing Institute as a Focusing Trainer. In addition to facilitating Focusing Workshops for the past 7 years, she has been a psychotherapist for 21 years and currently has a practice in York.
